CONCORD, NH — A New Hampshire state trooper assigned to the governor’s detail rescued actor John Roberts from a burning vehicle following a crash on Interstate 89 near Concord, state police said.

Both the trooper and Roberts exited the vehicle before it became fully engulfed in flames, police said. Emergency responders on scene provided medical assessment; authorities reported no serious injuries.
