Houston police arrested a man accused of shooting at a police helicopter that had been sent to southeast Houston early Sunday following reports of an earlier shooting in the area.
Around 2:25 a.m., a Houston police helicopter was responded to a report about a man shooting at a woman, near 4200 Crenshaw St. At one point, the man shot at the helicopter, police told OnScene TV reporters.
The man soon was arrested and there were no reports of injuries, authorities said.
